David L. Levy

David L. Levy is currently a professor of management at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. His research examines the intersection of business strategy, technology, and politics in the international arena. In the last few years, he has studied the engagement of U.S. and European multinationals with the emerging international regime to control greenhouse gases. Levy has undertaken research projects in cooperation with the OECD, the UN Centre on Transnational Corporations, the U.S. EPA, and the Massachusetts Renewable Energy Trust. His two recent books are The Business of Global Environmental Governance (MIT Press, 2004), co-edited with Peter Newell, and The Business of Climate Change (Greenleaf Press, 2005), co-edited with Kathryn Begg and Frans van der Woerd.
