User Profile
Bryarly grew up in Jordan, Nepal, and Cambodia, then returned to her country-of-birth, Canada, to attend Queen's University. In an effort to marry her interests in environmental science and social justice, she pursued a dual degree in Geography and Global Development Studies, graduating with distinction. She has worked for the Environmental Sciences Group on a large environmental remediation project of military sites in the Canadian Arctic, and has performed numerous environmental site assessments in southern Canada. She has also consulted to Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami, researching the social determinants of Inuit health to inform policy decisions. Bryarly is enthralled by human cultures and their connections to the natural world, and she hopes to walk on multiple paths as an environmental educator, ethnobotanist, and yoga teacher.
