After spending 8 years in the private sector, during which she lead multinational teams to conceptualize and implement digital communication of international brands, in 2009 Naeema Zarif took a leap into non- for-profit. Since then she has been offering customized training programs, digital campaigns and crisis communication management to an array of Governmental Institutes and international NGOs to leverage their digital communications to engage with global audiences & strengthen global reputation.

She is an enthusiastic supporter of digital diplomacy, open culture & policies, speaking and lecturing frequently at conferences and educational institutes. When not online she travel the world collecting anthropological insights & sampling culinary adventures.
