This term, students will choose a political race to follow and complete election reports. These assignments can be seen in the table below. Click on the links for more detail.

Race selection

Submit the race that you plan to follow and report on. Please specify office, state, and (if applicable) district or municipality. Here are some examples:

  • U.S. President, California
  • U.S. senator (Class III), Georgia
  • U.S. representative, Texas, 2nd district
  • Mayor, Baltimore, Maryland
