Opening a Presentation

You can quickly open a presentation that you've previously saved by using the Task Pane.

To Open a Presentation

  • Start PowerPoint.
  • In the Task Pane under Open a Presentation, click on the presentation that you want to open.

Open presentation from Task Pane

OR

  • Choose File Open.
  • Navigate to the file you want to open.
