The Chapter 3 file includes the Magic Tool Suite program, which is time-domain code
for simulating plasma physics.

Please read the notes.doc file for further information about the
content on the site. The Readme files within the Chapter 3 zip files include
information about using the software.

Download the zip files and extract the contents using a program such as WINZIP.
