The software available in the Microscopy area provides Mathematica files that
illustrate the mathematical models discussed in the chapters 1-16 of the book.
Files are included either in the (*.ma, *mb) format for Mathematica 2.2 users
and (*.nb)format for Mathematica 3.0 users.
