Errata File for Applied Logistic Regression, 2nd Edition


Please note the following errata:


Page 27, Table 1.7:  Zero denotes a missing value for Gleason Score.  Thus the correct values are 2 - 10. 

Page 40 line 11 from the bottom: Change "decrease" to "change" .

Table 8.10 page 277: The value of z for DETCD in Logit 1 should be 2.48 
with P-value to 0.013.

Table 8.11 page 280: The standard error for the Constant term in Logit 1 
ILR should be 0.9422.
