Handbook of Food Analytical Chemistry, whose editors include Ronald E. Wrolstad,
Terry E. Acree, Eric A. Decker, Michael H. Penner, David S. Reid, Steven J. Schwartz,
Charles F. Shoemaker, Denise M. Smith, and Peter Sporns.

The zip file included on the site includes the color images in the .gif format and 
an index key in the Word .doc format.

Download the zip files and extract the contents using a program such as WINZIP.
