        Time management and stress management are two key components to succeeding in life. Creating a system to identify, evaluate, and eliminate distractors and stressors will lead to a more productive and efficient life, inside and outside of work. In this course, you will learn how to earn more time and be less stressed.

        Unit 1 will introduce you to time and stress; what it means to manage time and stress and a few simple strategies to put you on a path to succeed. Unit 2 dives deeper into identifying key stressors and distractors to better understand your own specific situation. Unit 3 offers insight into how to apply strategies to eliminate the distractors and reduce the stress you regularly feel.

        First, read the course syllabus. Then, enroll in the course by clicking "Enroll me in this course". Click Unit 1 to read its introduction and learning outcomes. You will then see the learning materials and instructions on how to use them.

      • Unit 1: Introduction to Time and Stress Management

        Unit 1 introduces you to the ideas of time and stress management. Within this unit, you also learn the importance of goal setting and time tracking. Finally, you will find out how to-do lists can help you manage your time and stress.

        Completing this unit should take you approximately 5 hours.

      • Unit 2: Identifying Stressors and Distractors

        Unit 2 introduces you to the problems that arise when trying to manage your time. You will learn how to prioritize tasks and figure out what is urgent. Then, you will learn what stressors can arise and how to own them. Finally, you will learn about some common myths and truths and figure out how much time you can devote to certain tasks.

        For each subunit, please track how long it takes you to complete the subunit. You will be asked to use this information in an assessment for Unit 2. You may like to keep a log of time you spend on this Unit in your notes.

        Completing this unit should take you approximately 5 hours.

      • Unit 3: Overcoming Stressors and Distractors

        In Unit 3, you will learn different strategies for coping with stress. Then, you will learn how to figure out what is keeping you from being productive and how to end those issues. Finally, you will learn about external resources if you do not have the ability to overcome your stress on your own.

        Completing this unit should take you approximately 1.5 hours.

        Take this exam if you want to earn a free Course Completion Certificate.

        To receive a free Course Completion Certificate, you will need to earn a grade of 70% or higher on this final exam. Your grade for the exam will be calculated as soon as you complete it. If you do not pass the exam on your first try, you can take it again as many times as you want, with a 7-day waiting period between each attempt.

        Once you pass this final exam, you will be awarded a free Course Completion Certificate.
