Because of the large overlap between the neuro-evolution mailing list
and the ga-list, I've decided not to have neuro-evolution handle
notice postings that are also sent to the ga-list.  Doing so in the
past has lead to most people on neuro-evolution receiving multiple
copies of these posting.

For those few of you who aren't on ga-list yet and wish to subscribe,
send your request to GA-List-Request@AIC.NRL.NAVY.MIL.

Finally, my apologies for the long headers that went out on the
previous posting -- it was unintentional and due to my managing this
list manually (anybody know of automatic UNIX mailing list software?).
