Duluth Winnipeg and Pacific (Canadian National subsidiary) 3000hp US 
built General Motors SD40 5908 is seen at Halifax, Nova Scotia in 
September 1997. Note there is no bell above the cab windows and the 
locomotive is painted in blue and red DWP colours. There are no 
dynamic brakes.
