Duluth Winnipeg and Pacific (Canadian National subsidiary) 3000hp US 
built General Motors SD40 5902 is seen at Halifax, Nova Scotia on 26 May 
1997.  Note there is no bell above the cab windows and the locomotive is 
painted in CN North American livery and lettered DWP. There are no 
dynamic brakes.
