I am a teacher at a technical university in Odessa, Ukraine. I am engaged common power system within framework of mechanical fluid, heat transfer and technical termodynamics. The settlement method for tasks mechanical fluid, using the Navier equations (theory elasticity) is found. Distinctive feature the method - opportunity of account without rigid connection with assumptions of fluid mech. continuous environment. Two tasks for ideal and viscous liquid are published. It concern to area of free vortex flows and have wide spectrum of technical applications (from vacuum cleaner up to devices for flying).
There are photos of such low power flows. The profound analysis of opportunities of the method will be carried out.
