Surplus value

Surplus value, in Marxist economics, is profit confiscated from the worker[?] that is owed to him for his labour. In this theory, legitimate management fees are paid to managers selected by workers, who are employees[?] of the workers collectively, rather than being paid to managers by owners[?] who control workers as a form of capital.
