I'm an attorney, writer, and systems administrator (can you tell I work for a small company :-)

I've been in and out of the computer industry for ten years, and finished law school at the BYU J. Reuben Clark Law School (http://www.law.byu.edu/) in April 2001. I was admitted to the Utah Bar in December 2001.

For several years now, another scholar and I have edited the academic proceedings of Life, the Universe and Everything (http://humanities.byu.edu/ltue/), one of the premier academic events in the world of science fiction and fantasy, and one of the few that contains both serious academic events and Con-style events.

I plan to primarily contribute to Wikipedia in the Law and Science Fiction areas. This is my first hands-on experience with wiki, and I'm having a ball already!
