Minor resorts are:

• Mt Buffalo - run by national parks. A good beginners area and cross country area. The Mt Buffalo Chalet[?] regulary runs weekend-long ski classes for beginners, specialising in families and older people.
• Mt Baw Baw[?] - in Gippsland[?].

Cross country only resorts are:

• Lake Mountain[?]
• Mt St Gwinear[?]
• Mt Stirling[?]
