Richard D. Hooker is a pseudonym for the two authors of
MASH,
H. Richard Hornberger[?] and
William C. Heinz[?]. Both men were medical doctors, with Hornberger serving as a surgeon in the 8055th MASH during the
Korean war. In the novel is represented by Trapper John McIntyre.
