PEZ is the name of a kind of pressed candy manufactured by PEZ Candy Inc.. PEZ originated in Austria, before being spread worldwide.

PEZ have applied the razor and blades business model to the confectionery market, by selling candy dispensers, usually with character merchandising[?], which can only be used to dispense PEZ-shaped candy.
