Nintendo 256

Nintendo 256 will be the next generation Nintendo system, most likely to be at 256 bits. Unfortunately there is little information in existence yet, however, we do know that Nintendo has already announced they are working on the system and that they are planing on trying to either beat PS3 and Xbox2 to the market or being released at the same time.

We also know that Nintendo has admitted that because of this Gamecube will probably be short lived, however, Nintendo talks about the posibility that the predecessor to the Gamecube might support Gamecube discs.

This is all that is currently known about the next generation Nintendo console.
