Harold McNair

Harold McNair, jazz saxophonist and flutist. Originally from Kingston (Jamaica?), he moved to Europe in the 50's, and died in London during the 1970s. He played on the soundtrack for Ken Loach's film Kes, with music written by John Cameron[?]. He also featured in Donovan's Wear your love like heaven, and in Ginger Baker's Airforce and Do What You Like. Some of his albums are Flute and Nut, The Fence, Harold McNair, and Affection Fink, and he also appeared on John Martyn's album The Tumbler.
