Frank Damek was a man who lived in
Chicago, one day in
1960 he was walking down the street and he found a
playing card laying on the ground. He decided to pick up the card and put it in his pocket. About three weeks later, he found another card by accident. He then decided when ever he was out to look out for playing cards, to see if he could collect an entire pack. By
1970 he was 15 cards short and he finally completed his pack in
1990.
