EIB stands for "Excellence In Broadcasting", the fictional network
Rush Limbaugh uses to describe his syndicated radio show. In reality, Limbaugh's show is syndicated via the Premiere Broadcasting Company, a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications, the largest radio company in the world. Another moniker he uses for the show is the "Rush Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies."
