Duke of Clarence is a title which has been traditionally awarded to junior members of the English and British royal families.
The Dukes of Clarence are as follows:
- Lionel of Antwerp, 2nd son of King Edward III (1338-1368)
- Thomas of Lancaster[?], 2nd son of King Henry IV (1388-1421)
- George Plantagenet, brother of King Edward IV, 1449-1478
- Prince William of Great Britain and Ireland, third son of King George III, ascended throne in 1830 as King William IV. (1765-1837)
- Prince Albert Victor of Wales, eldest son of Albert Edward, Prince of Wales (later King Edward VII) (1864-1892)
