Cameron Michelle Diaz was born on August 30, 1972, in San Diego, California. After persuing a modelling career, she was cast in the 1994 film The Mask. Her first appearance in the, fairly successful, but slightly silly The Mask, at first sight placed her as just another tall, very-very attractive, (natural) blonde with (natural) blue eyes - not the only one to be found in Hollywood.
However, she appeared in films that tried to appeal to more sophistaced audiences like Feeling Minnesota.
