The Ark-La-Tex is a US socio-economic region where Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas and McCurtain County, Oklahoma meet. The region is dominated by the Shreveport/Bossier metro-area where most of the media is located, although Marshall, Texas and Texarkana retain a large degree of autonomy.
