American International Airways/Kalitta is an international
cargo airline.
American International started flying in
1984. It would later be bought by

Connie Kalitta[?], and then it was renamed to its current name.
Scott Kalitta[?], another race-car legend, later took on as President of the airline, when his mother stepped down. The airline operates flights from
Sky Harbor International Airport in
Phoenix, from
Willow Run[?], and from
LAX International Airport[?] in
Los Angeles.
